By purchasing kitchen products from starlightes.shop (operated by Starlightes LLC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your order confirmation email serves as official acceptance of this agreement, and it binds both you and Starlightes LLC.

Billing Terms

  • Payment Model: All purchases on starlightes.shop are one-time sales—no automatic subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees apply. You only pay for the items you select at checkout.
  • Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as starlightes.shop to clearly identify your purchase from our kitchen essentials store.
  • Payment Security: We use encrypted payment processors to protect your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet information. Starlightes LLC does not store your full payment details.

Checkout Requirements

To complete your order, you must:

Product Information & Accuracy

  • If you receive an item that differs significantly from its listed description (e.g., a “non-stick pan” that sticks), contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free exchange or full refund.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • You may cancel or modify your order (e.g., change quantity, update shipping address) within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders are processed for shipment and cannot be canceled or modified.
  • If you cancel an order within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Starlightes LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages (e.g., inconvenience from delayed delivery, missed cooking events) resulting from product use, shipping delays, or order errors. Our maximum liability per claim is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.

Governing Law
